I have a music video I'm having a hard time getting out of my head. Sadly, it isn't coming with sound. I have zero idea on the band, memory says it is something I saw a number of times... 2002ish 2003ish, something like that. Think I may have even asked this here before, but might as well try again.
So follows a description. If you either recognize the video or know any sites out there one can search for a music video by a description...
Opens on a busy city street scene. The protagonist is wandering around mostly oblivious to .. everyone and everything. Hegets pulled out of the way of a falling heavy thing by a passerby. He shakes his head and looks around. He sees number counters over every person's head. Big numbers, nine or ten digits long. He wanders around staring at the phenomenon, watching people, looking around - we notice the counters are all winding down. Eventually he starts to realize what the counters are, turns a corner and sees someone with a counter with only a few digits, and as they step off the curb, he pulls them out of the way of a bus just as the counter was about to hit 0. The protagonist (and we) stop seeing the counters, and the person he pulled looks around dazedly - we can only assume that they are now seeing them.
