warlord_mit and surrealestate set up a batch of homebrew - overall a rather yummy sounding recipe that I am quite looking forward to tasting. At one point I ran home to get some gear that was missing (I brew as well) and on my return I was greeted by a plate of cookies and my friends singing happy birthday.
Me, I'm usually not a big one for birthday foo, and actually tend to avoid celebrating (long story there...) but this was so sweet, and the homemade vegan cookies thatsurrealestate baked (chocolate chocolate chip) were just out of this world.
So a big thank you to both of you for making it an extra-special day.
